Doris joined Matco Asia in 1988 and has been involved in various roles; from administrative duties, sales and contract support to ISO implementation and other quality issues. Presently, Doris plays a significant role in daily managerment functions. In addition to being a HR Supervisor, Doris also acts as the Executive Secretary to the Chairman and is responsible for general office management.
Tan Zee Jin
Regional Project Pursuit Manager
An engineer by training, Zee Jin has more than 15 years in the Oil and Gas and process industries. His technical expertise covers a wide range of equipment including valves, actuators, instrumentations and controls. With his experience in technical sales, he can address and solve tough and demanding issues posed by customers. Zee Jin joined Matco in 1991 and has a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
Herry Cheung
Operations Manager
Herry joined Matco Asia in December 2007 as a buyer to establish the procurement department in the company. Since then his role has grown to assume the responsibilities of Operations Manager that oversee the operations which include Production, Project Management, Engineering, Shipping and Store. A business degree graduate, he has over 10 years of experience in project and supply chain management, he is dependable, resourceful and an avid champion in driving lean management. In his leisure, he likes to read and travel the world.
Kelly Ng
Production Manager
Kelly joined Matco Asia in 2010 as Project Coordinator. A results-driven leader, she expertly managed and executed numerous projects for customers from Singapore, Brunei, Thailand and Indonesia. The lynchpin of Matco’s Operations Team, Kelly focused on process optimization and production planning to streamline operation activities. The experience Kelly gained through Project Management has enabled her to increase her technical acumen as well as further developing her superior customer support. In 2014, Kelly was promoted to the position of Production Manager. Currently she is leading and overseeing the production, Servicing and Project Management departments. During her leisure time, she likes to travel and experience different cultures, using them as motivation for her work and goals ahead.
Raffy Magracia
IT/ SAP Project Manager
Raffy Magracia had introduced the SAP Business One ERP application to the company and had successfully implemented it since 2010. He holds a Bachelor Degree in Computer Science and had held positions as SAP Senior Functional Consultant and SAP Project Manager prior to joining Matco. His expertise in implementing SAP projects with various industries and complex business processes will ensure Matco’s continual improvement in aligning the internal workflows with operational strategies and be kept in pace with advancement in Information Technology.
